ConSyGen Appoints Three External Board Members

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1998--ConSyGen (OTC BB: CSGI - news) today announced the appointment of three (3) external Board Members. Appointed to ConSyGen's Board are Daniel G. Queyssac, President & Chief Operating Officer at ASM America; Richard L. Ruth, President & Chief Operating Officer at Technology Group of Arizona; and Andrew Lee, Co-Chairman & Co-Chief Operating Officer at Greater Alliance Corporation, and President & Chief Operating Officer at First Shanghai Corporation.
Queyssac has been involved in the high tech arena throughout his career. His previous positions include President at TechnoPart; President & Chief Operating Officer at Novellus Systems, Inc.; Chief Operating Officer at SGS-Thompson Microelectronics; President & Chief Executive Officer at SGS Semiconductor Corp.; and several positions at Motorola, the last being Director of International Operations.
Ruth has extensive experience in the high tech arena also. His previous positions include, President at MobileData Communications Corp.; Executive Director at Marconi Instruments Inc.; Director at AB Dick Company; General Manager of Tempe Operations at Codex Corp. (a subsidiary of Motorola); General Manager of Motorola Microsystems; and several engineering positions at Honeywell Information Systems and General Electric Company [NYSE:GE - news].
Lee brings his extensive experience in the international and financial arena to ConSyGen. He is presently Co-Chairman & Co-CEO of Greater Alliance Corp.; President & CEO of First Shanghai Corporation; Chairman of Valentine U.S.A. Inc.; Chairman of Bleecker Building Supplies; Director, President & CEO of Dawson Science Corporation [OTC BB:DWSC - news]; and President & CEO of Lee Brothers Enterprises, Inc. His previous positions include Co-Founder & President of Q1 Corporation, Chairman of Q1 International, and Research Staff Member at RCA Laboratories.
