Andrew, once you calculate OE, do you compare it to stock price? I am very interested in value investing. I am currently reading Graham's The Intelligent Investor. It has some very good principles, but is sort of dated. It does list this technique as one of three choices of the enterprising investor. Is Hagstrom's outlook outlayed in his book about Buffett? I'd appreciate any input on this technique. Also do you think Mesa is a good value play?
