You are the one being sued by the SEC for fraud,

And you are the one that will be added on my list for defamation and libel should you once more accuse me of being sued by fraud when a publicly available civil complaint clearly states my issue involves alledged violations of Section 17(b), failure to disclose consideration.

I really don't know what I would do with your gym Pugs, but you, Riley and several others have acted in an orchestrated manner to create public perception that I am being sued for a criminal offence, eg: fraud. If you once more accuse me of fraud or any other issue outside of the actually stated public civil complaint, I will be pressed to pursue additional action. Fraud is a criminal charge, that without appropriate civil settlement, could be referred for criminal prosecution if serious enough.

Section 17(b), and I'm not saying that it is frivolous, is not a criminal violation and I will never go to jail for any violation of it (according to my attorney). However, civil fines and penalties are applicable.

I've stated the facts of my situation. And I'm not asserting guilt or innocence on my part. But I'll be damned if I continue to permit this blatant effort by you or others to twist the facts and ignore a publicly available reference that clearly states what the complaint against me involves.

And this warning goes for anyone else. Libel, slander, and harrassment is a clear violation of the terms of service agreement between SI and its members.

You, Mr. Bmart, Pugs, or youever the H*ll you claim you are this moment are in violation of SI rules and regulations. I've warned you and others before and you have disregarded it. There is nothing left to conjecture or supposition in my case. It is clear, concise and public. I suggest you talk to "guido" about your legal stance before you ever bring up the subject again, Mr. Gary Doubry of Pugs Gym.

And frankly Pugs, I don't care if you are posted under a nom de guerre since you were kicked off SI. I care about the evidence and the arguments revolving the efficacy and credibility of this investment and the claims made by you, the company, and others.

Regards,

Ron
