The way I understand it is the Lorraine/Jajay is a combined property and along with the Tam/Misty property which is adjacent that Teck has the option for 51% on the works.LYM and ETF have an equal share(50% each if Teck backed out) but both have other properties that are separate.No news on expected spinout of these properties into a separate co.
