Subject: On hannity and conehead, mike farrel Last night I watched Sean interview farrel. At the end of the interview Sean said he did not like that farrel was basically calling the President a liar. And Farrel said yes that is right. That is to me a most astounding revelation. It was stated so clearly by Farrel with no ambiguity. LOL, I think Farrel is honest but dumber that dir. The Implication is The President, Colin Powel ,Don Rumfeld ... etc. are all lying about WMD. There is no point in discussing anything else with Farrel or anyone who fundamentally believes the President is lying. The question to ask of everyone else. Is. Do you agree with Farrel or not. This is the question to put to every liberal, every democrat. Do you agree with Farrel or not. Do you believe the President and the entire US government is lying about WMD's. I believe most American have this understanding of reality, some consciously and some as nebulous feeling. In reality intelligence based conclusion is a guessing game. One looks for clues and information that leads with some degree of certainty to a conclusion beyond a reasonable doubt. I look at some of the news about what the loony from North Korea is saying about their own WMD's and now the 100 missiles aimed at American cities. Are all the North Korea claims smoke and just a gamble that claiming they have the weapons will give pause to America and how we deal with North Korea. Was idea of creating implications or evidence that would lead to the conclusion that Iraq had WMD's also part of the plan of Saddam. I don't think that is the case in Iraq. But I don't believe that Saddam did not understand that fear of thousands of casualties was one of the only real defense that Iraq had. What psychological games played in Saddam's mind, I don't have a clue. When I think of the shades of the shades of complexity on the WMD issue, I am dumb struck that anyone would just stand up and shout. It all a lie, the President is lying. It may turn out that there are hundreds even thousands of pieces of evidence that show any reasonable person that concluding WMD's were real and a threat was the only rational and responsible conclusion. But all that might be called a real smoking gun were destroyed. But there are numerous haters or the President and they are true believers and they don't matter. They don't matter as even if smoking guns are found, the claim will be they were planted. Those who still whine about WMD are the diehard members of the Hate President Bush club and nothing, no fact or revelation will dent the thinking of these true believers. That should be the underlying message of all discussions. IMHO.
