Despite your very verbose response to Cody, you are unexpectedly ignorant. All "fuzzy factors" as you call them have an impact on the demand curve. When intel spends millions of dollars for an "Intel Inside" campaign, they are trying to affect the demand curve. When Intel is not able to meet orders due to lack of capital spending, this affects the supply curve. There is also the question of how consumers and suppliers affect the elasticity of supply and elasticity of demand.

Please don't flame someone when you don't know what you're talking about. You're just wasting bandwidth.
