"hog Farm" greets swine flu conference attendees ............................ to illustrate the filthy and cruel conditions that are commonplace on todays pig farms, PETA set up two narrow metal "gestation crates", similar to those found on hog factory farms, outside the international swine flu conference. factory farms are breeding grounds for swine flu and other deadly viruses and bacteria, including avain flu, SARS and E. coli. According to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 30-50% of commercially raised pigs in the US have been infected w/ some strain of swine flu. - PETA.org
