Zengold, you obviously aren't looking at the numbers properly. The math for Miller will be excellent, no doubt about it. The math for Albany as shown in the PEA shows a project that cannot be financed based on the numbers as Capex pretty much matches NPV in the base case.

Actually, the risk level associated with the Albany purification (lacking pilot scale purification testing) actually means that the discount applied should have been 12% or even 15% for the base case.

The discount is reflective of risk, you should have picked up on that in your "dd" efforts.
