This raises an interesting question - if you had the money to pay off the remaining 30% equity on loan, would you do it? AFTER a reasonable cushion. We probably do have close to enough but it would take everything. Right now that cash is a cushion should something happen to our jobs. If we had double cash what we do, then yes. Mish
