I did not see that post. Can you post a link please? I put out NCES as a buyout a few weeks ago on the rest thread. I sold it because the rumors died down and I got tired of waiting. Like I have always said...I trade the tape and the tape tells me something is up with this one. Maybe a buyout maybe an institution is buying it I don't know but there is over 4 times the average volume. dawg
