Great. Thank you CJ. Again, it was my mother-in-law who was the customer. I'll contact Dianne. Noticing this is Micron Corporate; thanks VERY much. I'll let you all know the outcome.

I was actually trying to find a contact at this level on the micronpc web site. It was in frustration of not being able to find anything beyond the standard CS contact which is where it's all been left previously (with empathy but without result) and the layered support system.

I come from a business background that know the dynamic of how many dissatisfied customers are represented by the *one making contact. From the micronpc web page, there was no apparent contact with a Quality Assurance type interest. That's not a good thing. I'll point out this for you to MicronPC directly. It looks like you've found me the right person.
