My 4100+ target can be seen on this chart. Since I am counting 3/12->4/2 as a Running Correction down (Wave B to the 2/9->3/12 Wave A) I can use 2.618 for Wave C which is now in progress. This scenario points to the 10/27/23 low area as the objective of the pattern:
