GE Capital is in!!! It's a very positive sign that creditor are placing trust on the company.
It's a win for the company since the loan interest payment is going to be lowered significantly and a single creditor will be dealt with.
The nice part is that creditor like GE will exam the operation and financial situation carefully before they dive in. However, as a shareholder, we shall make sure there is no clause in the credit term that allow a conversion of loan into shares.
It seems to me that the company can pull out befor what I thought...
