Max: Vix does not react to market up days. Let's look at that huge run from the February 22 bottom. Vix did not go below 21. It had every reason to go lower on that huge run. It did not so far.

Vix has likewise done jack on sell off days and is beneath the mid bollinger band and has bounced off it to reverse back down in the past few days.

All this is perfectly consistent with the market making a major top.
