OT: Need some advice

My mother in law purchased 80,000 shares of a penny stock back in 1988. Paid $0.03 a share for them over the phone! - arghhh

The company is called Rescon Technology, RSCT.OB and they recently reorganized.

Here's the problem, she was scammed by a brokerage firm in Chicago named Blinder, Robinson and Company. It looks like Blinder was a boiler room operation as the government shut them down in the early 90's?

Rescon (ITC) sent a letter to her last week stating she's a share holder in the new company.

Any idea how I can determine where the stock certificates are? She doesn't have them but has documentation confirming she never received them.

I get to pursue this wild goose chase as I manage her finances for obvious reasons - LOL

The new company stock is trading near $1.25 after a 5.9 to 1.0 stock split. Who knows but at a minimum I'll call the company Monday.

TIA - Michael
