Speaking of which, just yesterday I got a letter from AOL about a class action lawsuit which is to be settled soon. Apparently AOL is going to be giving partial refunds to some who were registered during their switch to $19.95 unlimited access due to their inability to actually deliver unlimited access. (It happened to coincide with my 2 month stint as an AOL user - I work for a web development company and needed to be able to talk a client through their problems with connecting to AOL to use their web browser.)

Just so everyone knows where my motivation lies, I have some October AOL 42.5 put options. Looking at the chart, I didn't see any real resistance until around 35 - 40, which I expect to see if earnings are below estimates.
