So McCain crashed three planes during training. Vietnam-era planes were notorious for being unreliable. It should be fortunate that McCain even survived any of those, much less being shot down and imprisoned. It is amazing to me that the Left is dumb enough to start questioning McCain's military history. This is absolutely a losing proposition for them. The man is a military hero by ANY standard and they are NOT going to be able to find anyone with any credibility to challenge that. You have the written records of numerous co-habitants of the Hanoi Hilton who are going to heap nothing but praise on McCain for his military record. The Left-leaning 527s have collected TWICE the money as the Right-leaning ones. So, it would not surprise me if they tried to attack him on it. I can only hope they do. I think they're going to find out just how tough that man is if they do it.
