Your going to have resistance way before $40. Right now AOL is on it's 20 dma. That's resistance point 1. Then you'll have to deal with the 50 and 200 dma. The 200 is at $45 or so. And those are just the basics. Plus your bad news is old news. AOL agreed to reimburst people partially a while ago. Even if they miss their earnings, I can't see a 40 - 50% decline in stock value off it's high.

But then again OCT is a long ways off. Who knows. That so called bubble may finally burst after all these years.
