I am a bemused lurker on this thread, and I do own Iomega (in at 17 and more at 26). I have so far resisted the urge to make comments on either the Bull or Bear arguments (as I think they both can be valid and both can offer insight). But with the Rock Meisters recent railings (which only seem to appear when IOM is in a correction phase), I feel the need to make one point.

Why then, Mr. Rock Meister, when IOM announces a product (ala, click or JazzII), is it vaporware, yet when sony or syjet announce a product that is in development, it not only is real, but is going to spell the doom of IOM? It would seem your logic is a bit lacking.
I would argue that until all these products (either IOM, Sony, or Syjet) are actually shipping, can one intelligently discuss the ramifications on the removable disk market. That is when I will make my investment decision.

Aloha,
Mark
