I tried to transfer my Discover account to them and they rejected the transfer because my margin balance was too high (about 25% of my equity at the time). I had no access to my account for ten days and lost about $5,000.00 during that time. The people there were unsympathetic and acted like they could care less about my account. They also refused to expedite my transfer or allow me to trade even after they received confirmation of transfer. imho-rod p.s. Discover is pretty good, especially the people. Margin rate is a little high and trades sometimes seem a bit slow and i certainly haven't gotten improvement very often.
