Here is the latest blurb from a local broker that follows UP

We had hoped to finally do an update on Ultra Petroleum (T-UP)
www.ultrapetroleum.com for this issue as the new President was making a
major address in New York. But it looks like a major transaction they've
been working on, has yet to close, so little new is known about the company
until that major transaction closes, and is expected by next Friday……
