Marty, Actually, its funny you mention Wade Cook... I read his first Stock book and attended one of the free seminars, which was really nothing more than an advertisement for his advanced and costly seminars. While I was turned off by the sales pitch, I was intrigued by the covered call strategy, which I had previously been unaware of. While he too tends to sell this strategy as "no-fail" pie-in-the-sky ... after several miscues starting out where I bought stocks solely based on the call premiums and the percentages... (bad mistake)... after lessons learned... I have re-committed to the strategy and have had some tremendous success on a regular basis since putting a plan into action, doing research on the stocks involved...etc... I know am selling monthly covered calls on 4 or 5 stocks and am loving it. Occasionally, I miss out on a meteoric rise...but I am nailing a nice steady 5 - 10% monthly gain... This is now my primary strategy... Are you using any of COok's strategies...?
