Given overcapacity worldwide, dumping and decling profits, anyone want to hazard a guess on Stelco's future prospects? Do you think that Stelco will hit 13, as you reported? ("Wood Gundy has a 13$ 12 month price target.") Just looking for comments for a shareholder friend who is way long this stock. $70,000 worth.
