Hi Art...I'm back with a tan from Marco Island...but next week will be going to Virginia Beach ...Before I left, I had a great conversation with Peggy from the IR Dept...this was the day before earnings...Yes, the expense of the legal fees is what's holding down the profits...as far as shipping the $4.5 mill...they hope to begin this quarter...keep in mind..they have 12 months from April to do this....Peggy said they haven't received the order yet from Tepaul do ship yet...so we still might not see it this quarter...but all I know..from the release and talking to her..they will show a profit this quarter and if the order is shipped or partially shipped then..that will probably surpass their expectations on what her release was trying to say...One comment I want to make on immd...they aren't going to say anything unless they can do it...This is what my impression is of them and talking to Peggy. I'm looking more long term for big profits (end of year to beginning of 1997) but could be pleasantly surprised sooner. Irene
