Yes, I agree with you but it is in my nature to try to find "value" situations ...I am not sure this is a value situation now that I see they have increased their debt via convertible debentures in 2012.....One of the reports I read yesterday said that the stock was selling at 66% of book value...and if that is still the case AFTER the increase in debt then I will say that a limited position might be something to trade...I picked up 100 shares today with the intention of buying another 100 shares near 5.75 for a "possible" test and rally. If it then rallies I will look to get out of half at an appropriate place and buy 200 shares on the next pullback...but I don't plan on having more than 500 shares at this stage...unless things change technically and fundamentally...but I have found that by the time things have changed fundamentally that the price is usually much higher.
I am still intrigue by the 32 million shares acquired and the "scent" of acquisition in the air....but not intrigued enough to acquire a large position.
