Well, they have done quite a bit of offshore financing and the share count has risen to 166,000,000+

They are making some progress, finally sold a unit at a loss a year ago and are making some progress. Unfortinately Linda Grable and her daughter or niece, (don't know which one to believe there) are still with the company.

As I recall, the probably had over 25 million shares outstanding and growing. How many shares are now outstanding?
