laylow, I suspect one of your security setting is too tight but don't know which one. If this were my problem, in IE I would click TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>ADVANCED tab and RESTORE DEFAULTS. Before doing that, I would take screen shots of all settings there so I could restore them.

PS: if you have a popup stopper, try turning it off.
