STOCK WATCH: RSAS - Good news from the C.C. regarding the SEC matter. Stock down on onver-reaction, IMHO. Good buy at $13/14 (down from high of $18+) The SEC investigation is only an INQUIRY and it apparently involves a minor accounting reporting change in their 10Q that was previously disclosed. The company actually changed the way they reported some revenue, and the new way is actually more conservative and resulted in about $100K less rev being reported, not more, so the company and analyst on the call said it was really immaterial. Much ado about nothing.
