Gary, A couple of comments:

Syquest currently has in the neighborhood of 150 million shares "accounted for", not "outstanding". Of course next year the conversions will likely have taken place and then they'll be outstanding.

Most of the warrants out there (tens of thousands of them) were not purchased, but were given away free by Syquest in order to secure investment capital.

Regardless of the above, I think you've got it right in that it is highly unlikely that Syquest could sell enough product in the next year to justify even today's stock price. They would have to sell millions of units.
