Hi Dylan,

Just got reconnected after the move. I'll check out your new calculations later on. The 10K is up as of yesterday at Edgar Online. I haven't checked but I'll bet it's available at free-edgar.com as well. So far just glanced at it but the list of shareholder lawsuits does seem to go on and on.
