Jim...all I know is Carmel owns about 7.8 million shares or 42% of the company so a settlement is in their best interest....I'm not sure yet what to think of it except maybe this was a resolution where it wouldn't affect immd's bottom line? I don't know but immd seems to have come out ok with it all. Irene
