Don't you think a "natural selection" type model may be preferable -- why not let the scum skim themselves from the gene pool? Legalizing drugs across the board would filter out more than a few for example.

I might be inclined to agree and help out. Are there collections being take anywhere for the drugs and population control meds?

I would like to do my part, especially now , during the Holidays.
