I agree with your comment that AOL subscription prices will
fall.

I checked out AOL's 10K ... according to this, the bulk of
AOL's revenues come from subscriber fees and the $2.95
hourly charge (in access of the subscription fee).

Putting both together ... I find it hard to be bullish on
the current stock price.
