HELP!!!! I'm running Windows 2000 and I can't access the 'add/remove programs' feature on the control panel. When I click or double click on it, nada...nothing happens. Any clue how to restore this? Second and less important...there's two 'splash' screens that appear...one when you boot up right before the desk top appears and one when you shut down immediately after you select 'shut down' or 'restart'. Anyone know how you can set the images shown on these splash screens? TIA!!...
