Fusion Networks Signs Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce and Ecuadorian Consulate
of Miami to Portal Software Agreements

MIAMI, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Fusion Networks (Nasdaq: FUSN), a leading
provider of One-to-One Internet marketing software, portal technology and
content, announced today that it has reached agreements with both the
Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce and the Ecuadorian Consulate to provide
Internet software and portal platforms to both organizations. The portals
will include interactive multimedia content and specific features customized
for each of the two organizations.
The Ecuadorian Chamber's portal is expected to incorporate e-commerce
enabled software and portal platforms designed to facilitate e-business
transactions between Ecuadorian Chamber members and their customers. The
Ecuadorian Consulate's portal will incorporate country and culture-specific
information serving the needs of its Ecuadorian citizens.
With Ecuador's potential Internet user base expected to increase from
1,133,572 active adult Internet users in 2000 to 1,237,241 in 2003
(source:eMarketer.com, August 21, 2000), Ecuadorians stand to benefit from an
increase in available Internet related services and information.
The agreements include the sharing of future revenues generated between
Fusion Networks and both organizations.
