John Riccitiello, President & COO, owned 254,816 as of 8/1/02. In August he sold 132,000 shares or 52% of
his holdings.

Don Mattrick, President of EA Worldwide Studios, owned 375,899 shares as of 8/1/02. He sold 140,000
