Hi R, <ot> Yep, it looks like pretty soon it will show NO RISK! :-) Actually the all time low was hit in late 1987 of 20 (data goes back to 1982). We tied 20 in the last two weeks. Since we'd seen an all time High Risk value in 2000, March, I sort of thought we'd be seeing a new record low this time around. Maybe we just have to wait a bit longer. It took from the March, 2000 high to the 9/11 tragedy to finally bring it back to Low Risk. That one was pretty short lived at just 8 weeks in low risk. We did get a very nice rally out of it, however. Best regards, Tom
