That's priceless when you're peddling new software>> This is true for software companies selling more or different software, they have already proven their software expertise. Not for a tube vendor selling scanning software. It maybe a more realistic scenario for say a hard drive manufacturer selling disk drive management software. ImageAccel has not proven to be the "cornerstone" of the shift for this company from being hardware focused. The early integration problems with the product probably caused some of this. I would continue to evaluate this company from a standpoint of Hitachi, Matrox etc being their biggest competitors, not software vendors.
