I retract earlier concerns about the patent(s) as related to profitability. The patent concerns while not entirely misplaced, due to the fact that the "founders" reserve the right to license technology elsewhere, do not hinder overall success and profitability of Phoenix Metals' operations. Management ensured that the company has requisite tools and resources to be profitable and independent, and their effort is commendable.
