I see some of you have been caught in the latest "sting" operation by Mr. Nussen & Mr. Weisz. These guys are very slick. If they haven't already, they will next issue a small amount of preferred stock giving themselves more than 50% voting control and also "gagging" the transfer agent to prevent the public from knowing the current O/S at any given time. There's a definite pattern with AMJC & MTNA as you have already seen.
Don't rule out the possibility that they are also "members" of the LLC's holding the convertible debentures. If not actual members, they are certainly working with them (monetarily) as far as the "death spiral", IMO. That's the trouble with these LLC's - it's very hard to find out who is involved. Currently, the CD holders for AMJC are Cameron Worldwide LTD., Rosebery Investments LTD., Dahmer Trading Co., Lawina International LTD. and YGD Inc. I have not been able to determine their locality. The holders for MTNA are Venice Holdings LLC, Rock Solid Group LLC and HLKT Holdings LLC, all of which are Colorado based LLC's. The managing members are Samuel Eisenberg, Asher Starik, and Josua Heimlich & Sholem Liebenthal respectively.
I did not see anything in the recent filings for IRAC indicating who the CD holders are here - if anyone knows, I'd be very interested.
I'm not sure that TTTT is part of this. The only connections I have been able to find are Mitchell S. Nussbaum, the attorney and the debenture holders are also Colorado based LLC's. It is structured the same but the Company owning the stock is located off-shore (British Virgin Islands?), even tho the owner (Eliron Yaron) is located in Israel:

BTW, I believe they are changing the name to "Shelron Technologies" so look for a symbol change to something that better reflects that name(from TTTT) before "the game" actually begins.
In the meantime, I don't expect to see any recovery in the stock price if AMJC & MTNA are any indication. Those stocks have seen more bottoms than Wilt Chamberlain ever did. ;)
