The stock is basing... it's normal for a stock to do this and it is good sign... usualy. There's still a considerable overhead on this stock due to all the people who bought in the 13-15 range a few months ago. As the stock tries to move up ... these people are selling off and holding it down. Let's just wait... we'll have our day. H
