Not yet. Give it another 30 days and if the north is then as quiet as the south, it should not be necessary....but rotation will be required eventually as the troops are likely to be there for a while.... Also, I fail to see how rotating troops would constitute an embarrassment to the president...kinda shows the bias in that piece..... JLA
