Gottfried,Tito,Teri, Balance budget if passed will deliver a strong will of the policy maker and display a genuine fiscal restraint which was constantly a subject of discussion during the G7 meeting. Greenspan has express the benefit of balance budget and will restraint the FED from raising rates in May 97. The foreign fund inflow will be more comfortable to stay for the long term now that the balance budget has been passed.It will make U.S stronger in the long run.Regards
