hello John - I must confess I ve not kept a close watch on RAPT. However, I m not aware of any major downgrades, bad news and charges. But really, in today mkt, 10% up or down is not that unusual. We will drive ourselves bananas (and I did) whenever our stks bounce up or down a bit. Btw, what lead you to think RAPT will ve a one-time-charge? On what? TIA rgds, Bosco
