Here is my take on DAY. Todays DAY press release stated they had refinanced debt. Bank probably brought land ownership dispute to attention of DAY, and told them to make some representation as to ownership issue as part of refinancing. Coincidence that DAY announcement on debt restructuring comes a day after this MDIN announcement?? Funny how DAY doesnt say a word about properties that are not in dispute which are CLEARLY within DAY's boundaries. What about these properties?????????????????? As to Ancil, your not worth responding to. Please give us your real full name, and what state, providence and country you live in. GG
