I have frequent debates with liberals. About what? Which pair of shoes to wear? most liberals are proud to be liberals. What I've noticed is that most do just what you just did: deny that they are liberals. I can't remember one conservative doing that. No political asylum? tough but lean mean defense You get "tough" defense these days with high-tech defense. That ain't lean. That's expensive. In money. It's lean in American lives, though. less foreign intervention I guess you don't like FDR then. He wanted to get into WW2 so badly his teeth ached. Or Wilson. "He kept us out of war", remember? free trade We'll talk about that after we've convinced some Muslim extremists. They've done more damage to it than all the leftwing whackos in the world.
