Any opinions about @Home Network (ATHM). @Home got initiated with a BUY today and a price target of $28.5 near close of today. Also they had a big deal with CSCO this morning. I'm getting @Home network next month. The service is super fast from demonstrations I've seen. Also, for my second line, monthly I pay around $20 phone bill, $20 ISP. And both only provide 33.3kbs speed. With at home, the deal is $40 per month. And the speed is up to 3MB per second. I can download a 4MB file which would take an hour on a 33.3 modem in only SECONDS with @home network. I truly think that @home is the wave of the future in Internet. Nobody likes to wait for pictures and java to download to their computer. @Home would speed this up dramatically. Some say that cable modem services like ATHM are the killer of AOL and dial-up ISP services. I think it will be. Cheers, Chi-X has Spoken! CEO Chi International members.aol.com
