Chi, this is my area of expertise,my favorite stock here is HLIT. They are doing alot of the buildouts of HFC around the world. @Home has not shown profits,or earnings yet. I would wait for it to show up. If you want a cable company I think UMG or COX are the ones,for HFC I would buy HLIT or ORTL. @Home is the wave of the future,Bill Gates is saying so with his investments in Comcast,Progressive Networks, and VXtreme. The cost of putting together an HFC network has fallen dramatically,they are getting interoperability issues finished through Cable Labs and MCNS standards. IP telephony over HFC is coming along around the world,especially the U.K. @Home and HFC are not the wave of the future just for internet but also telephony and video.
