Hop-On CEO Hopped out of Jail Sentence

After the much awaited news of his court case and media speculation as to a pending jail sentence, he will not spend even one day behind bars. On Monday, March 12th, a Federal Judge in San Diego, California granted Michaels probation and a fine bringing to a close this four year legal controversy. The 2003 indictment stemmed from Michaels' acceptance of a $20,000.00 check in violation of a cease and desist order in the late 90s. Observers believed once Michaels was cleared to resume his leadership over the Company he would deliver forecasts of 2001 to the shareholders.
