Re: Hello New ALYD Investors I estimate from my e-mail that the readers of this thread own more than 40% of the float, perhaps even more after yesterday's news. These "old" investors absolutely won't be selling until this stock splits, and maybe not even then. In a "normal" stock, momentum investors look for a quick 20-30%. Y2K stocks, however, are a breed apart. Rightly or wrongly, investors look at this sector as a horserace and are constantly jockeying for a position in viable contenders for the crown. This irrational exhuberance is what makes moonshots. Will ALYD be driven to the heights where ZITL once was? Will they climb from 18 to 45 like IMRS has just done? Who knows. The important point here is that ALYD is a REAL contender with REAL contracts. However, unlike other Y2K companies, they don't leak stuff to attract attention. Sure there are rumors. I've got an entire list of additional potential contracts. The amazing thing is that they seem to actually close just about every one. Better yet, they constantly surprise with contracts from companies not on anyone's list. Therefore, ALYD is a "safe" company in which to invest. With an impending NASDAQ listing you can be assured that when the institutions buy-in, your profits at the current level will be locked in. Enjoy the ride. - Jeff
